Service Fee: $55 per on-site service event.
Wait Period: 30 days. All our plans come with a 30-day wait period to ensure service issues occurred due to normal wear and tear during the plan term and prevent abuse of our home warranty plans, ensuring that we are able to continue to offer the best possible plan prices. If you do have a covered product that is broken when you sign up, you’ll have to get it working normally before it will be covered under our plans.
Repair/Replacement Limits: There are limits to the total amount Hello Covered will pay to repair or replace your product for claims made within any 12-month period:
